Party trivia game for the TV

A party trivia game on the TV, played from every phone.

One screen shows the picture coming into focus. Everyone else answers on their own phone. Guess early and you score more; guess wrong and you score nothing.

Host a game

Free. Players never need an account.

No app

Guests scan the QR code or type four letters. It runs in the phone browser they already have.

Fair on slow phones

Every question starts three seconds in the future, so the picture is loaded on every phone before anyone can score.

Photos of your own

Make a pack from photos of the group and it stays private — free packs cannot be made public at all.

Questions people ask

Do players need to download an app or sign up?
No. Players scan the QR code on the host screen or type the four-letter room code into any phone browser, then pick a nickname. Only the person making a custom pack needs an account.
How many people can play?
Up to 30 phones in a free game. Pro rooms have no limit, and a $4.99 event pass gives you Pro for 7 days without a subscription.
What do I need to host?
A screen everyone can see — a TV, a laptop, a projector — with a browser on it. Open depixelate, press Host a game, pick a pack, and put the room code up.
Can I make a quiz from my own photos?
Yes. Sign in, upload a picture, type the right answer and three wrong ones. A free account keeps 1 pack of up to 8 pictures, shared by link; free packs can never be made public.
